I am attending Penn State as a returning adult student. After many years of being a waitress I decided that I wanted to further my education to enable me to achieve a career that would not only be rewarding to me but to also benefit others as well. I have always loved the outdoors, plants, and creating beautiful surroundings. I believe we must take care of our environment and take active steps to do so. With these thoughts in mind I decided to obtain my major in Landscape contracting with a minor in Horticulture.
