*POSITION DESCRIPTION*
Position: Customer Service Representative II (CSR II) Reports to: Customer Service Manager (CSM) Overview and Function • The CSR II is focused on excellent customer service as well as day-to-day site activities: assisting customers, shipping and receiving product, delivering product, and overall site maintenance.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Yard/warehouse order taking
• Provide fundamental product information to customers including pricing and availability.
• Locate appropriate technical assistance when necessary.
• Load Customers
• Loading and unloading product for shipping and receiving.
• Product maintenance
• Help with merchandising in yard and warehouse • Promote Shemin marketing efforts • Support all other sales and operational activities Education and Work Experience • High School graduate or GED.
• One to three years’ work experience.
Required Skills
• Able/willing to work under adverse weather conditions, seasonal work demands (overtime) and safely handle 50-100 pounds • Able to be on feet 95% of time • Written and oral communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
• Materials handling equipment experience, preferably forklift • High customer orientation with customer service skills • Ability to use scanners effectively • Good attention to detail
